• Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care.
• Demonstrate initiative, knowledge and clinical skills for patients with complex needs.
• Manage assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of patient care under supervision.
• Assure Patient and Family Centered Care Model is practiced.
