Job summary

The RN demonstrates initiative, knowledge, and clinical skill in caring for patients with complex needs and is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, Massachusetts RN registration, and BSN for newly licensed nurses.

Qualifications

• MassachusettsRN license is required.
• BSN required for newly licensed nurses.
• 3+ years IV experience; 2+ years ultrasound-guided IV experience.
• PICC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients according to Nursing Standards of Care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with initiative and clinical skill.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork, communication, and prioritization.
