Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Texas and in good standing.
• At least 1 year of sterile IV compounding experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Verify and review prescriptions for compounded sterile preparations to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
• Compound IV medications and other sterile products following established policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards for sterile preparation and handling.
