Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy.
• Sterile compounding expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and clerks.
• Manage inventory of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
• Counsel patients on medications and potential reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other pharmacists to ensure safe medication use.
• Educate patients on storage, dosage and drug interactions.
