Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pharmacy Technician license as required by state.
• 6 months to 1 year of IV Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Detail oriented and effective oral communication; able to operate a computer.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the Sterile Compounding Room per USP 797 and state standards.
• Prepare and fill prescriptions for long-term care residents and related patients.
• Support QA processes and documentation requirements.
• Assist pharmacists with data entry, refill coordination, and communication with facilities.
• Stage, prepare, and fill medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and clean infusion pumps and other sterile equipment.
