Job summary

Qualifications

• IV admixtures experience preferred.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with state Board registration upon hire.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare unit dose syringes and chemotherapy medications.
• Compound solutions/medications for critical care and OR satellite areas.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and follow written procedures and regulations.
