Job summary

IV Nutrition in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Lead IV Tech (Paramedic or RN) to guide daily clinic operations and mentor a growing team. You will administer IV infusions, oversee patient flow, and collaborate with leadership on scheduling and inventory while upholding safety and documentation standards.

The ideal candidate has an active AR paramedic (NRP) or RN license, at least 1 year of IV placement experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Paramedic (NRP) or RN license (Required).
• Minimum 1 year of strong IV placement experience.
• BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills with calm, professional bedside manner.
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
• Passion for wellness, integrative medicine, and holistic health care.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and IM injections with precision and care.
• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Collaborate with leadership on inventory, scheduling, and supply ordering.
• Mentor new IV Techs.
• Maintain clinical standards for documentation, sanitation, and safety.
• Educate clients about IV therapy, supplement protocols, and wellness options.
• Promote a welcoming, team-oriented, service-focused clinic environment.
