Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC seeks an Medicaid Enrollment Specialist to support the Medicaid Enrollment Unit in Indianapolis. The role involves enrolling IV-E eligible children in Medicaid, preparing transmittal forms, and reporting changes to DFR.

This onsite contract position requires handling enrollment data and coordinating with DFR systems. You will review daily Medicaid enrollment reports, determine correct categories, and ensure wards are coded correctly with MEU as Authorized

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Medicaid in some capacity.
• Ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Review Medicaid Enrollment Reports daily and assign correct Medicaid categories for wards.
• Complete enrollment information in IEDSS and MaGIK.
• Notify DFR of changes in placements.
• Requests Medicaid cards for wards.
• Ensure wards are coded correctly as MEU Authorized Representative and Medicaid coverage.
