Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) seeks a Title IV-E Eligibility Specialist to support Wisconsin DCF revenue management and child welfare programs. The role involves reviewing case information, applying eligibility criteria, and collaborating with state staff to ensure compliant reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and interpret federal and state laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review client records to assess Title IV-E eligibility using case files and documents.
• Apply federal and state rules to determine Title IV-E eligibility.
• Monitor performance standards for Title IV-E activities.
• Provide information and technical assistance on revenue management.
• Participate in state and federal audits.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Foster information sharing and collaboration among staff.
• Travel within Wisconsin as needed.
