Job summary

SCA Pharma in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking an IV Compounding Apprentice Level I responsible for assisting in the preparation of sterile pharmaceutical products in a regulated environment.

This role involves thorough training and hands-on experience in a cleanroom setting, documenting work processes, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. A high school diploma is required, alongside the ability to lift heavy materials and maintain cleanroom standards.

Qualifications

• Able to don sterile garments and ensure cleanroom areas are maintained.
• Must be able to manipulate equipment and perform strenuous tasks.
• Ability to sit or stand for over 7 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of IV admixtures and batch compounding.
• Document work performed and participate in line clearance activities.
• Label, package, and ensure accuracy in inventory management.

Skills

Ability to undergo training on gowning

Strong discipline in following procedures

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
