Job summary

VPI Compounding in Centennial, CO is seeking a motivated Cleanroom Apprentice. This entry-level role offers full training and a clear path into a Compounding Technician position, with the chance to contribute to high-precision pharmaceutical production.

You will support cleanroom operations, learn glassware sterilization, equipment prep, and safety protocols while gaining hands-on experience in a sterile environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for 8+ hours.
• Must be comfortable working in a sterile cleanroom environment.
• Must be prepared to apply for a Provisional Technician License upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Glassware Processing: Clean and sterilize laboratory glassware to support production.
• Equipment Preparation: Wash and prep essential lab equipment.
• Team Support: Assist Cleanroom personnel with daily operations.
• Materials Transport: Move supplies and materials between work areas to keep operations efficient.
• Cleanroom Maintenance: Ensure the cleanroom remains pristine, organized, and fully stocked.
• Safety Compliance: Learn and follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
