Qualifications

• Nursing license with IV certification required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse with IV cert and valid licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
• Under RN supervision, provides patient teaching and discharge planning.
• Performs patient assessment and supports age/developmental needs.
• Helps develop and update the plan of care for patients.
• Implements the plan of care as directed.
