Job summary

Qualifications

• Florida-registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) with Florida Board of Pharmacy required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist on duty in preparing and distributing medications.
• Fill automated dispensing cabinets and unit-dose orders.
• Basic reconstitution of oral suspensions.
• Maintain drug inventory and packaging of medications.
• Comply with USP 797 standards for IV admixture and TPN preparation.
• Work under supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
