Location : Miramar, FL (Hybrid)

Job Requirements :

As an IT Technician, you will:

Primary areas of responsibility :

1. Provide prompt and accurate technical support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
2. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent education/experience.
3. Hold certifications such as A+, Security+, Net+, Microsoft, and Dell (some within a specific timeframe); 2-4 years experience supporting Windows 11, MS Outlook, hardware/software troubleshooting; 3 years supporting MS Office and using ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
4. Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot various hardware and software issues. Capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs., crawling into tight spaces, and climbing ladders.
5. Perform desk-side support for Windows 11 workstations, including configuration, troubleshooting, setup, and moves. Manage support tickets, document activities, escalate issues, and resolve tickets per SLA.
