Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a

Position type : Contract.

Duration : 12 months Contract (Possible Extension)

Location : Miramar, FL (Hybrid)

Job Requirements :

As an IT Technician, you will:

Primary areas of responsibility :

1. Summary : Provide prompt and accurate technical support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Education / Experience : Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent education / experience.
3. Certifications : Certifications such as A+, Security +, Net+, Microsoft, and Dell are preferred; certain certifications will be required within a specified timeframe of employment. 2-4 years of experience supporting Windows 11 and MS Outlook in a networked environment, including hardware, software, break/fix, and troubleshooting. 3 years supporting MS Office products and using a trouble ticketing system like ServiceNow.
4. Skills and Competencies : Outstanding customer service skills, strong communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, diagnose and troubleshoot workstation and network issues, organizational skills, and physical ability to lift and install equipment.
5. Major Job Duties : Provide desk-side support for Windows 11 workstations, configure and troubleshoot MS Office and Outlook, install software, set up new users, manage printer and network configurations, handle user moves and changes, and document activities in accordance with SLA requirements.

Pay Range :
