Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT service management and ServiceNow platform assessment/improvement.
• Experience leading large ITSM assessments, transformations, or modernization initiatives.
• Ability to translate objectives into actionable service management strategies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Transform organization from reactive support to proactive service-oriented operating model.
• Lead assessment, modernization, and improvement of enterprise ITSM capabilities with emphasis on ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT divisions, program offices, cybersecurity, architecture, and executives to align investments with mission needs.
