Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in the IT field required.

• Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for business processes and optimize JIRA configuration.
• Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence.
• Support and configure JIRA plugins as required.
