Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Capabilities Product Owner - ITSM in Overland Park, KS to lead product strategy within Turnberry's Business Transformation practice.

You will own the backlog for the ITSM module, collaborate with developers and business partners, and guide agile delivery while balancing stakeholder needs and regulatory considerations. This role is based onsite in Overland Park with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator and collaborator.
• ServiceNow domain knowledge.
• Proven product ownership experience.
• Ability to slowly incorporate changes without dismantling existing structure.
• Able to work within Agile ways of working.
• Must build rapport and integrate well with stakeholders.
