Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering with focus on Transportation (master's may substitute for 1-2 years experience).
• 3–5+ years ITS engineering experience required.
• State DOT experience beneficial.
• Engineer In Training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to develop design plans, specs and construction cost estimates for ITS, communications, and low voltage electrical infrastructure.
• Develop transportation systems management solutions to highways and arterials.
• Design ITS equipment and communications infrastructure including fiber, wireless, cameras, and dynamic message signs.
