Job summary

Eland Engineering, a GAI Company, seeks an Operations Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale, FL to lead ITS maintenance programs and supervise field technicians. You will ensure contract requirements are met daily and oversee maintenance activities and reporting.

The role requires a college degree in engineering or related field and 5–10 years ITS experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years ITS experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance work.
• Ability to read technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of ITS maintenance work under the contract.
• Oversee field technicians and ticket responses with RTMC staff.
• Review diagnostic, final repair and progress reports and submittals.
• Coordinate with Department Project Manager and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Dispatch staff for repairs and ensure compliance with SOPs.
