Zusammenfassung

Novartis in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an ITOT Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and support ITOT systems in a 24/7 manufacturing facility. You will install, commission, and optimize ITOT systems, ensure GMP compliance, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives including AI, automation, and robotics.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong cross-functional collaboration. On-call coverage and CAPEX project support are part of the role, with competitive compensation

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
2–3 years in manufacturing control systems (PLC/DCS).
2–3 years in pharma/biotech GMP/regulatory environments.
Fluent English and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

Support, troubleshoot, and enhance ITOT systems to ensure 24/7 operations.
Assist with IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system integrity.
Support CSV activities and IQ/OQ protocol execution for ITOT systems.
Aid GMP documentation, deviations, and CAPA processes.
Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Support ITOT and digital transformation projects from concept to commissioning.
Drive AI, process automation, and robotics initiatives in manufacturing.
Assist CAPEX projects to install and commission new production lines.
