New Era Technology, LLC., seeks an ITMS Support Specialist, Tier 2, to provide high-quality technical support to clients in the United States. You will troubleshoot remote issues, support VMware, O365, backups, desktops, and server environments, and manage installations and migrations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years as a Systems Engineer or similar, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MSP tools. On-call rotation and ongoing professional collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role.
