Job summary

BlazerJobs is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide student-centered OT services across multiple California schools. This full-time contract role involves PreK through 22 years old, itinerant assignments, and travel between San Juan Capistrano and Mission Viejo campuses.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, a California OT license, and school-based experience. You will evaluate, treat, document progress, collaborate with educators and families, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Experience in a school setting working with varied ages.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to travel between school sites as an itinerant provider.
• Motivated to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver student-centered occupational therapy services to meet educational goals.
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support participation and learning.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Serve students at multiple schools, primarily in San Clemente or Mission Viejo areas.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
