Job summary

Prismagic Solutions Inc. is seeking an itinerant Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services in Kenosha, Wisconsin for the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports students across assigned settings, helping them participate more fully in academic and daily activities.

The OT will conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, deliver direct or consultative services, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress to support IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold an appropriate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Wisconsin OT license/credential.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 students.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment services for students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals.
• Provide direct and/or consultative occupational therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other members of the student support team.
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional school-related skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of services and student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning as appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on individual needs.
