Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin.
• Experience in a school-based OT setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and implement intervention plans for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' functional abilities and plan interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members to maximize student success.
• Document progress and prepare relevant reports; participate in IEP meetings.
• Supervise and coach COTAs to ensure consistency and quality of care.
