Job summary

Prismagic Solutions Inc. is seeking an itinerant Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services in Kenosha, Wisconsin for the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports students across assigned settings, helping them participate more fully in academic and daily activities.

The OT will conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, deliver direct or consultative services, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress to support IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold an appropriate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Wisconsin OT license/credential.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 students.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full School Day

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based occupational therapy services during the 2026-2027 school year in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The OT will support students across assigned school settings and provide services designed to improve students' functional, academic, and developmental participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment services for students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals.
