Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an iTero Business Operations Intern to support contract verification, order entry, services order management, returns, and customer master data for the iTero product line.

The role involves processing orders, verifying contracts, entering sales orders in SAP, and maintaining CRM/ERP data while adhering to SLAs and SOPs. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Graduate or university student (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal English communication at B2 level or higher.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication via tickets, emails, and phone.
• Detail oriented, quick learner, well organized with good time management.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders and verify accuracy according to SLAs.
• Manage order backlog and entry of sales orders in SAP.
• Verify purchase contracts and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate customer master data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Keep SOPs and work instructions up to date and followed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Support team goals through proactive collaboration.

Description

Align Technology creates technology that empowers people and drives innovation in the orthodontic industry. The iTero Business Operations Intern supports purchase contract verification, order entry, services order management, returns and sales orders, credit requests, and customer master data for the iTero business line.

General duties include purchase contract verification, order entry, services order management, returns and sales orders coordination, credit request handling, and customer master data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are processed effectively according to SLAs.
• Manage order backlog.
• Verify purchase contracts and purchase orders.
• Enter sales orders in SAP and other systems for new products, RMAs, and ongoing services.
• Ensure customer master data for iTero customers is accurate in CRM and ERP systems.
• Maintain departmental SOPs and WIs up to date and ensure adherence.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Report all unsafe activities to superior and/or Human Resources.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
