Job summary

CorVel Corporation seeks an experienced RN to support medical billing accuracy in the Fort Worth area. The role involves reviewing data, documenting conclusions, and applying knowledge of surgical implants within CERIS systems, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and meeting department standards.

You'll collaborate with Leadership and teams to solve problems, ensuring quality and timely results in a fast-paced environment. A valid RN license and OR/ICU/ER experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the OR, ICU, or ER as an RN.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Experience in medical bill auditing preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collects supporting data and analyzes information to make decisions regarding accuracy of billing.
• Appropriately documents work and final conclusions in designated computer program.
• Understanding of Surgical Implants.
• Meets department's expectations and standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.
