Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Item Management to lead day-to-day item management execution. You will standardize product information, align taxonomy, govern data, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

You will oversee item creation, maintenance, mapping, and reporting to ensure timely, accurate outputs. This role requires strong organization, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of item management, master data, product data administration, or procurement operations.
• 1–3 years of leading work activities, coordinating team workload, or supervising staff.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Oracle Fusion experience required.
• Experience supporting data governance, taxonomy standards, or system implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages item management operations: item creation, maintenance, mapping, and reporting.
• Oversees governance for item attributes and taxonomy alignment with product data.
• Leads cross-entity item mapping and communicates updates to stakeholders.
• Supports projects related to Item Management and Taxonomy.
• Facilitates recurring meetings with stakeholders to track deliverables and cadence.
• Develops weekly reports, dashboards, and analyses to show progress and exceptions.
• Manages data quality issues and root-cause corrective actions.
• Supervises team members, assigns work, and supports performance development.
