Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Item Management to lead day-to-day item management execution and data governance across the organization.

You will oversee item creation, maintenance, mapping activities, and reporting, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate product information and taxonomy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years in item management, master data, product data administration, or procurement operations.
• 1–3 years leading work activities or supervising team members.
• Experience using Excel and Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead item management operations: creation, maintenance, mapping, and reporting.
• Govern item attributes and taxonomy aligned with product lifecycle data.
• Lead cross-entity item mapping and coordinate updates to stakeholders.
• Support/lead projects related to Item Management and Taxonomy.
• Facilitate recurring status meetings with internal and external partners to track deliverables.
• Develop and distribute weekly reporting, dashboards, and analyses.
• Manage data quality issues and process exceptions with root-cause actions.
• Coach and develop team members, assign work, and manage workload.
