Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks an experienced Assistant Manager, Item Management to lead day-to-day item management and support standardized product information across the organization.

You will govern attributes and taxonomy, drive data governance initiatives, and coordinate cross‑entity item mapping with stakeholders. The role requires leadership, strong Excel skills, and Oracle Fusion experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of item management, master data, or related experience.
• 1-3 years of team leadership or supervision experience.
• Experience using Oracle Fusion and Excel.
• Experience with data governance or taxonomy standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage item management operations including creation, maintenance, mapping and reporting.
• Govern item attributes and taxonomy categories with data lifecycle alignment.
• Lead cross-entity item mapping and coordinate updates to stakeholders.
• Support projects related to Item Management and Taxonomy.
• Facilitate status meetings with internal and external partners to track deliverables.
• Develop and distribute weekly dashboards and analyses on progress and actions.
• Resolve data quality issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Supervise team, assign work, set priorities and provide coaching.
