BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Chattanooga, TN. The ideal candidate has 3 to 6 years of experience with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and a strong understanding of ITC-specific issues.

This role involves collaboration with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. The position requires a JD and an active bar license; familiarity with ITC Rules of Practice and Procedure is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Familiarity with ITC Rules of Practice and Procedure.
• Active bar license in the applicable state or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
