Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a skilled Trade Compliance Officer to manage import/export compliance, focusing on ITAR and EAR. The role reports to the Controller and requires at least two years of ITAR/EAR experience with strong attention to detail.

You will collaborate across logistics, legal, and shipping to ensure accurate documentation, license applications, and policy adherence, supporting audits and improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, Associates degree, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ITAR/EAR regulated goods and trade compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and other export/import regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and issue identification.
• Experience managing export licenses and reviewing export documentation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and ACE system is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Comply with PCC Code of Conduct and Export Compliance Manual.
• Process routine export shipments in compliance with ITAR and EAR.
• Determine export classification and license requirements.
• Coordinate with internal areas to obtain export authorizations and docs.
• Prepare and submit export license applications; maintain records.
• Assist in license management and review outbound shipments for accuracy.
