Mollie is building fintech by enabling growth and freedom for businesses in Europe. We seek a Regional Marketing Intern - Italy to drive campaigns, events and localized content in Milan. You will connect regional marketing with sales, product and design to deliver impactful work.

As an intern, you will collaborate across teams, own end-to-end initiatives, and contribute to Italy-specific newsletters and campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving fintech 환경.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and business proficiency in English.
• Currently studying marketing, business administration, or communications.
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional projects and event logistics from conception to analysis.
• Create and localize content for the IT-IT content hub and campaigns.
• Own Italy merchant newsletter end-to-end with cross-stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with regional marketing, partner marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Support campaign administration, tracking, and invoicing.
• Assist the French market team with localization and campaign coordination as needed
