• Be the host of the house. Greet guests by name, welcome new guests like family, recover from mistakes gracefully.
• Bring the menu to life. Know dishes and wine pairings, teach the team storytelling behind each item.
• Build and coach your team. Hire with heart, train with intention, help team grow.
