Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Miele, a premium consumer electronics brand, from Greece. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and promote product excellence in line with the Miele standard.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate internationally.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in consumer electronics or luxury goods.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to Miele customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and guide users on premium Miele products.
• Process service requests and warranty inquiries accurately in the support portal.
• Build relationships with customers and offer personalized solutions and recommendations.
• Stay updated on Miele advancements to provide expert assistance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
