Saranello’s in Wheeling, IL is hiring RUNNERS to support our dining team. Runners will help with timely delivery of orders from kitchen to guests, ensuring quality presentation and accuracy. This role requires flexibility across shifts, including weekends, and a teamwork-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needs
• Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile
• Read and check each order for any special instructions and/or restrictions before taking it out of the kitchen
• Confirm that each order has the appropriate preparation, plateware, garnish, presentation and is complete before taking it out of the kitchen
• Communicate any food concerns to the Coordinator
• Follow all steps of service and food allergy procedures
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and employment policies
• Get along well with others and be a team player
• Other duties as needed
