Qualifications

• Valid RI alcohol server certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and guest-focused interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and Italian-inspired beverages.
• Provide excellent guest service at the bar and support dining room beverage needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station throughout each shift.
• Engage guests with menu knowledge and pairings.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff for a seamless dining experience.
