Job summary

Evviva Trattoria in Concord, NH is seeking an experienced bartender to craft Italian-inspired cocktails, pour wines, and deliver warm, attentive service. You will maintain a clean bar, manage stock, take orders, and collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely, accurate drinks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a casual dining or bar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian wines, cocktails and spirits is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting.
• Must be of legal drinking age and have or obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including Italian cocktails, wines, and classics.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and proper glassware.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, and offer menu recommendations.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service in line with standards.
• Prepare and garnish drinks with consistent presentation and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely orders.
• Process payments using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist inventory, ordering, and stock level maintenance.
• Know menu offerings, wines, and spirits to assist guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to create a memorable experience.
• Ensure health and safety standards and sanitation compliance.
