Outlier is seeking Italian-speaking experts to participate in live, scenario-based conversations with an AI voice model. You will read, write, and evaluate Italian text, score conversations on naturalness and helpfulness, and explain your ratings in detail. This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible hours and a weekly payout.

Qualifications

• Native or highly fluent Italian speaker, comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Experience with improvisation or unscripted performance (acting, improv, podcasting, voice work).
• Customer-facing experience handling unscripted conversations (customer service, sales, coaching).
• Experience evaluating or reviewing conversations, calls, or audio content.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a live, scenario-based conversation in Italian with an AI voice model, playing out a natural exchange.
• Listen to and review recorded Italian conversations, checking model adherence to guidelines.
• Score conversations on naturalness, helpfulness, and audio quality, then explain ratings in detail.
