Job summary

Lilt is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. As a 1099 contractor, you will work remotely on diverse tasks such as evaluating prompts, reviewing texts, and analyzing multimedia content, applying local norms and market expectations.

Ideal candidates have native fluency in the target language and strong English, with experience in AI review or annotation, and a keen eye for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment across projects.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs, depending on the task.
• Deliver culturally relevant content using local tone, symbolism, and market fit.
• Spot issues such as visual artefacts, inconsistent style, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations that can be used for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
