Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking language professionals in the United States for a six-month+ engagement on a global AI project. You will review AI outputs, annotate data, and provide feedback to improve language quality.

The ideal candidate has deep linguistics knowledge and strong QA capabilities, with flexibility for client-facing meetings and daily reporting. Applicants should be fluent in Italian, hold a related bachelor’s degree, and bring substantial localization or AI training experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Localization, AI Training, or related field.
• Strong analytical and language-quality assurance skills.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, relevance and quality.
• Annotate and label language data per project guidelines.
• Generate or evaluate prompts based on assignments.
• Identify linguistic errors and data concerns.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI performance.
• Communicate language requirements to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA Leads and clients to maintain quality.
• Attend client meetings with camera on as required.
• Submit daily work reports and meet productivity targets.
