Ability to lift 40 pounds and maneuver manual pallet jack Demonstrated organization skills to track computers ready to ship, peripherals ready to ship, received computers and peripherals Experience with ServiceNow - receiving against POs and asset management Strong documentation and communication skills for updating tickets and working with end-users Experience with shipping procedures and guidelines for computer devices Inventory tracking experience Experience handling received computers for quarantine and drive wipe processes
