Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Arizona) seeks an experienced IT transformation leader to define the vision and objectives for transforming IT processes, capabilities and operating models in support of business transformation.

You will build and lead an enterprise IT team, manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cyber security across enterprise applications and productivity tools in a multi-region, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology/IT field with 10+ years delivering IT services and projects
• 5+ years building and leading an enterprise IT team
• Ability to solve complex problems and perform broad technology implementations
• Experience building IT systems in a multi-region, scaling company
• Experience attracting, developing, and retaining top IT talent to improve capabilities
• Track record for delivery in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
• Proven ability to manage risk management strategy, policies, processes and controls
• Ability to establish ongoing change management to support major transformation programs
• Deep understanding of business operations and financial systems in operational processes
• Maintain understanding of the IT threat landscape for the industry

Responsibilities

• Create vision and objectives for transformation of IT processes, capabilities and operating model
• Support and enhance enterprise applications
• Deliver safe, secure and efficient IT asset management and user authority integration
• Ensure email, messaging and productivity tools are robust, secure, and compliant
• Ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations
• Identify risks and create actionable plans to protect the business
• Communicate cyber security policies to personnel and enforce compliance
• Develop and lead a team of IT professionals, set goals and allocate work
• Communicate technology strategy to management, staff, partners, customers and stakeholders
• Manage performance management for the IT team
