Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for an onsite assignment in Juno Beach, FL. The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, experience with Agile delivery and SDLC, and strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation.

This contract project lasts 12+ months, with no remote work and relocation as needed. You will lead planning, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver modernization initiatives

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis.
Experience with technology delivery, platform modernization, or business transformation initiatives.
Experience with Agile delivery methods and the SDLC.
Proven ability to gather requirements and facilitate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate requirement workshops and document business, functional, data, and integration requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.
Create process flows, user stories, use cases, and clear acceptance criteria.
Coordinate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and release activities.
Partner with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and delivered.
Support workflow automation, case management, data integration, dashboards, and reporting requirements.
