Qualifications

• LLM degree and paralegal certificate.
• Recent or upcoming law school graduate preferred.
• Motivated, detail-oriented self-starter.
• Experience in M&A due diligence and closing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous financial industry experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining IT contract templates for the Firm's various businesses.
• Assist attorneys with drafting, review and negotiations of technology-related agreements (software licenses, SaaS, hosting, outsourcing, etc.).
• Assisting with IT-related due diligence in M&A transactions, including reviewing contracts for transferability, change of control, and IP ownership issues.
