Job summary

World Vision Nepal is offering a one-year Traineeship Program for fresh Nepali graduates to gain practical IT work experience and professional development. You will learn to support IT operations, assist with systems, and work closely with the IT Officer to learn and grow in a ministry environment.

The role focuses on handling computer setups, basic network tasks, and providing end-user support to staff across WV Nepal sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/related field required.
• Fundamental networking and Windows OS knowledge.
• Basic MS Office and IT support skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Set up computers and install OS, Office, and essential software.
• Provide L1 IT support and respond to staff requests.
• Track issues in the service desk system and escalate when needed.
• Assist with network and device configurations and repairs.
