Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR or related field.
• Strong clerical, computing and organizational skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English and Nepali including cross-culture communication.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation of end-to-end employee cycle processes.
• Create and maintain digital staff files and employment paperwork.
• Maintain filing system and accurate onboarding and exit documents.
• Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement tasks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for written tests, interviews and pre-employment checks.
• Assist in HR system end-user support and general department tasks.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Human Resource Management or the relevant field
