Detailed Job Description:
  • Experience with wireless technology testing, including Wireless APs, extenders, standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), and Bluetooth.
  • Understanding of the latest Wi-Fi technologies (WiFi6E, WiFi7) and awareness of industry standards and associations like WBA and WFA.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi features such as OFDMA, Mu-MIMO, Band steering, and MLO.
  • Experience with 802.11 KVR - Mesh and roaming.
  • Experience with Wi-Fi security protocols: WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA3.
  • Experience with industry-standard Wi-Fi test tools like Veriwave, IXIA Chariot, Alethea, Spirent, and packet debuggers like Wireshark and Omnipeek.
  • Ability to analyze Wi-Fi packets during troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of real-world Wi-Fi environments for customer experience testing and KPI collection.
  • Conduct Wi-Fi functionality, interoperability, performance, stress, latency, and reliability testing.
  • Develop and execute test strategies, both manual and automated.
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS.
