Job Summary

Comcast’s TPX organization develops products that transform customer experience at the intersection of media and technology. Our IEE team delivers interactive sports entertainment experiences for our TV video customers, blending media, technology, and art. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to deliver immersive sports experiences, addressing challenges across UX, system integration, and scalability.

Core Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams to understand requirements.
2. Estimate and refine project deliverables.
3. Implement APIs, backend services, UI components, and automation with guidance from senior team members.
4. Assist with production deployments and customer issue resolution.
5. Design scalable, highly available applications for Cloud platforms.
6. Develop web applications resilient to connectivity issues.
7. Incorporate security features and promote DevSecOps practices.
8. Create tools for incident mitigation within MTTR KPIs.
9. Develop reusable web components and microservices.
10. Follow team-established content management and coding standards.
11. Work with stakeholders to define product and technical requirements.
12. Collaborate with architects and DevOps for requirements gathering.
13. Generate insights for operational metrics tracking.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
